When these errors occur, the most likely cause is a mismatch between the version of Kontakt you are using and the version required for the library to run. Depending on your version of Native Access, hover over Full Version to reveal the option to Reinstall or select the three dots on the bottom right, and then Reinstall. To do this, open Native Access and find your library listed under the Installed products tab. If locating the folder isn’t getting you past the missing content screen, you may benefit from a reinstall of the library. Once you select the folder, Kontakt should then be able to load the library normally. Navigate to the location of your library folder. Under Resolve Manually, select Browse for Folder. This message will pop up when Kontakt is having trouble locating all or some of the files within a library folder.
